A while back, I put the Orca and/or Beluga model on my want list, as a good outdoor camping & hiking knife to try out for the outings we do with our Scout troop. I always promise myself I'll get one or the other . . . then I put it off again. Well, this year I'm getting of the fence, and [hopefully] getting one.

Is either model still being made? And for those of you that have had either one for a while, how is it holding up? I haven't found to much info out there on the webz.

Does Boker make either model with plain-edge only blades? (I have a serrated Spyderco Endura folder in my pack, if I have a need for a serrated edge.) Or, are there other Boker models similar in size & shape to the Orca & Beluga that have a plain-edge?

And last, I wanted to find out if Boker sells "seconds". I don't abuse my knives, but I do use them hard (especially the fixed blades) during the summer, and I'd rather not beat up a new first-quality knife if there is a way to get a "blem" (as with Kershaw).

I've liked everything I've used of the Boker brand, and I'm looking forward to this one.
