And trolls, hedges, zombies, and fire wood, for my wife just bought me the dreaded CLAX!
I love this thing! It's so bloody huge and solid it's just stupid. I don't know how I ever lived without it.
Had to take her out to dinner to celebrate it, but I still came out ahead.:cool:

Sweet score! Your wife must love you- those things are ridiculously awesome. Now you just need to take it out and destroy some stuff with it. I recommend getting good and drunk first. :thumbup:

Thank you, and yes, she does seem to love me(I can't figure it, but I ain't complaining!:D).
I'll definitely have to go destroy some things with it. It would be wrong not to.

Saw an original Smatchet at General Gun once, but they didn't know what price to sell it for.
When they did find out a selling price, it was gone immediately.:(
But now I'm happy.:thumbup:

Thought I'd mention that it's quite lively in the hand, and is sharp enough to cut paper easily out of the box(not bad for a huge chopping blade). the handle swells keep the hand securely in place; I don't see it slipping on chops or thrusts.
The sheath ain't too bad either, so that's a nice bonus.
10.5 blade inches of awesome.:thumbup: Makes for a great weekend(AND today was payday, so it's even better!).
