I would like to update all of you, who have been super patient regarding your respective orders, with the following summary.
ATC's delivery schedule for Next Generation Rangers and Vietnam Tacticals has grown to the 8-9 week mark. This exceeds our published maximum of 6 weeks. All Rogers' Rangers models and MAXes have been shipping from date of order to two weeks, fairly regularly. Brend Production Hatchets and Std. Edition Hayes Hawks are in preparation for shipment within the next two to three weeks. In many cases, these orders were paid at the date of order, by virtue of our policy and previously acceptable turn around time.
I am the first to admit that paying for an order and waiting 8 weeks is unacceptable. We are changing that policy and our online ordering system immediately until such time as we can guarantee our delivery performance.
Further, many of you are waiting on sheaths, contest won shirts, retrofits, and a small number of handle replacements.
We have not forgotten one, single situation or commitment...if you feel like we might have, call or write us to make sure, but we're pretty sure we know everything our customers are due.
Next Generation Rangers should be completed and shipping for all orders placed 8 to 3 weeks ago, in two weeks or less.
Vietnam Tactical Tomahawks and Vietnam Field Grade Tomahawks for ALL orders (yes, ALL orders period) should be completed and shipping in three weeks.
Handle replacements and retrofits should be completed and shipped in two weeks or less.
Backordered Concealex is drop-shipping this week from SSS.
All customers who have waited beyond our published commitment of 6 weeks or less will be comp'd with a tangible "Thank You", which is the least we can do for your support, enthusiasm, and business.
By way of explanation, let me offer that behind the scenes, ATC has contended with a fire at our drop forge, a growing number of deployments by Armed Services Personnel, and a host of Mr. Murphy oriented problems, which have made me want to jump out of my office window more than once! However, we seem to have matters sufficiently under control at this juncture and are on the road to not only recovery, but better performance on production and delivery.
If you have any questions, feel free to write us or call. Thank you so much for your patronage.
