I will be on vacation in a couple of weeks and plan on making five knives. If you would like to put in an order let me know so I can order any materials needed.

Glad they all filled up. I was really thinkin hard about having you make me something pocketable to replace my little nessie that was never returned to me. I kinda miss that little knife.

Funny you mention that Matt. Ive been making mainly large blades because they sell better it seems and forgot about the smaller stuff. I actually just ground out a new pocket sized blade this morning. Im going to do some hand finished blades and hamons oj them. I think its abiut 6 1/2 OAL

you have large hands, right?

your handles fit my hands. I'm interested in seeing a finished "small" kfu. ie a small knife designed to fit people with lager than average hands.

Yeah Micah. I wanted to keep the size small enough so that you could fit it in your front or back pocket and not much stick out. I can still get four fingers on it. Ill take a pic when I go to lunch in hand. Ive also found a local sheath maker that I will be using as well so I thought I could get him to make up a nice square pocket sheath resembling the ksf sheaths. He wont be doijg my universal sheaths but he uses better materials and has some cool designs.

My hands are weird, I have a big palm but my fingers are average

Thats pretty dang close to what I was picturing Chris. 6.5 is perfect to slip into a pocket. Now I'm really interested in how this one turns out.

Chris, I still carry the first knife I got from you on a regular basis. Your orignal EDC. Our hands are about the same size and it fits me fine. Wouldn't trade it for nuthin'

Ill get this one finished up next week when Im on vacation. I have to go out of town at the end of the month for a week and decided since Ill be bored out of my mind at night Im going to take some knives to work on. I want to try some hand finished blades and hamons and figure I can sand in a hotel room right?

Sure, just lay a towel down so you don't end up with sand and metel dust on the floor. Don't want to be walking through that stuff barefooted.
