Ordered a Mule Team blade!

I ordered a mule team blade and of course I will need to put something on it to complete it. I've been looking on the Jantz website and having trouble deciding what to get. Basically I'm wanting something that is going to offer a good grip texture on the surface. Will G10 be the best option of this? What grit should I rough up the surface with to give it some texture? Also what style of rivets/hardware will work best to hold the scales on and take off if I want to replace them? Thanks for the suggestions ahead of time.
