Ordered a Silver mounted and 20" AK's

That should round off the AK's nicely to go along with my 15" and 18" AK's.

Don't overlook the little 12" AK, it's a very handy little khuk in the kitchen, yard, and around camp. Once you get one, you'll be surprised at how often it gets used, it really pulls its weight for being such a small khukuri. I love mine to pieces in case you can't tell.

Won't be a civilian until sometime late next summer Rob, just trying to ease into the adjustment. As far as deployment, can't say anything one way or the other about that business, you know how it is. I will say if it's on then I'm gone. I know I said my last trip was my last trip, but what the heck, I could use some more frequent flyer miles.

How ya liking that Pen Knife? I made a nice antler handled karda and chakma for mine, both ground from old files. Such a good knife deserves the best accessories a man can get his hands on, so after the holidays I'm going to box mine up and ship it to Terry for a custom scabbard. Sweeeeet.

I think you'll always be Sarge to us. Without the sargeants, (and the Chiefs in the Navy) the whole military would collapse. It's a badge of respect earned the hard way.
