Ordered Busse, no response....

On 12/19 I ordered a Busse steel heart over Busse web site.
No response yet.
Last week I called and left voice message, and left email inquiring on status, if they got the order.
No response.


No I don't expect to necessarily see it soon but this pretty much sucks, wondering if the order was received.

Would like to check into custom handle too (tiger stripe).

Jim you mention that the order was placed on 12/19? The holidays may be contributing to the delay....don't worry they always take care of their customers.
 
Yes, with the extravaganza, Christmas, and vacations, somewhat slower responses should be reasonably expected. :cool: :cool:

Have no fear! The people at Busse are very nice. They will get you taken care of. I have ordered many knives from them.

BTW, congratulations on the Steel Heart order. You're going to love it, whenever it comes in. It will be worth the wait, trust me.

Well I have gotten this 3 times now. Still do not know if you have gotten my order. And I want to know if I can change the handle to tigerstipe, and I need to change my address.

I also want to know how much the Force One cost and if it can be done with plain spine.
