Ordered my first Busse! How long?

I can't wait! Just ordered my first Busse, Tank Buster combat grade.:D Just wondering if anyone can tell me about how long I can expect to wait for delivery. I ordered it on the 12th and the anticipation is killing me!!!
 
My guess? A month, maybe a bit more, less than two though.
 
Please not a month!!! I'm not a big poster on this forum, but I've been looking at Busse knives for a while. The pics section here has had me drooling for some time. The itch has become so bad, I hope the Tank Buster will scratch it effectively. Will the swedge cut me as I scratch?
 
i can tell you that busse ships orders quickly, i am not sure of the turnaround on the tankbuster, but they operate very effeciently!!

i can tell you this you will love it!!!!!

Amy said the std 6-8 week turn around, we have seen them come a little quicker but it will be at least a month. You never get used to the wait, unless of course you are trying to scrounge together the money in which case the longer the better :D
 
Production is telling me 4-12 weeks. I will have a better idea once we get thru the major overload of orders (new launch week is crazy)

I should have a better answer for everyone next week:thumbup:

Ain't that the truth. I started cursing when I found out the Rat Waki was shipping so fast - gotta come up with some cash right quick.

fortunately I got my Battle Rat sold so I am golden, now I just need to raise the funds for the sheath for it and the Tank Buster :eek:

I'm thinking I will have to try to make my own sheath for this one. I'm expecting them to go for around 75 bucks, and that's just too much.

Hopefully my luck on the second hand market will be as good as yours, and I can raise some waki $$$$.

Nope, it certainly isn't. There's only one solution to deal with the pain of a long wait for INFI... BUY MORE INFI!!!

The Busse Company Store (http://bussecompanystore.com/) has the knives in-stock and will ship very quickly. Right now there are sus scrofa's for sale, and given Skunk's recent teasing, I wouldn't be surprised to see something else new and exciting show up there pretty soon.

Or, you could always hit the Busse/Swamp Rat/Scrap Yard knives for sale forum, and buy some more INFI in there. I've seen some really good deals on big nasty choppers showing up in there lately, and EVERYONE needs a huge INFI chopping beast. :thumbup:

Thanks Mustardman. Passing moment of weakness. I figure I'll need a couple more Busse knives, one bigger, one smaller. Will it stop there? I'm thinking no.:thumbup:
