Ordered my first Busse...

okay... Make that: I ordered my first Busses today! :D
After reading this site for awhile and asking a few Q's... the thread I read yesterday concerning the Busse's generosity to an obvious Busseholic found in a heartwrenching situation finally tipped the scales...

I figured I'd put my money into something represented by a company exhibiting such integrity... my only regret is it's an older series, so I couldn't honor the Busses directly...

But... I just ordered a Battle Mistress with the straight handle, green micarta slabs and green nylon sheath! And since I was really feeling euphoric, I ordered a Steel Heart II with straight handle, green micarta slabs and green nylon sheath! :eek: And all's I can say is I hope my belt can hold 'em both AND my pants up!! :confused:
And hey, I don't have access to a scanner or camera.. so sorry, but you'll have to use your imagination! (or go to the site I just bought 'em from... hint, hint: they won't be there much longer!)

Soon, guys, and I'll know what this nuclear mystique is all about...

And don't regret a thing. The straight handles are a heck of a way to start your addiction.

You know, those may turn out to be safe queen condition, so that means you'll have to start thinking about what your user blades will be....;) :D
 
Actually, Raden, it was Vince... and he said not to believe anything you guys said!!! LOL!;) Dark Jedi... I'm afraid my every other paycheck is now earmarked for the Guido Brothers and Uncle Visa... and if these turn out to be safe queens... maybe I'll have to see if anyone's willing to sell a slightly abused SH II SH if I don't want to "dirty" mine up! :rolleyes:
I'll see if I can hijack the pics from BladeArt when these come in, if I can't get a camera or scanner shot... But I think I've got a long way to go before my Busse pics even approach some of the few shots I've seen here... Thanks guys... fer getting me hooked on another highly addicting aspect of KnifeKnuttdom!!! :D ;)
