I found this Alan Davis custom in another thread and had to have it. From the description: 5 3/4" overall and the blade is 2 3/4 from tip to scales x 1" high. It is full flat ground from 3/32" 1095 with hamon, the scales are water buffalo ( mostly black w/ some white steaking) with royal blue spacers, a 3/16" mosaic pin and lanyard hole.

I think this will make an awesome little EDC blade! Review to follow sometime next week.

I have 3 Alan Davis folders and I know you are going to LOVE his work! He makes a GREAT KNIFE for the money! Enjoy! I bet it wont be your last purchase from him! Kevin :):):)

Very nice. Congrats.

I suppose you already realized just how slippery the slope is that you've just stepped onto, right? :p

I should have said "Bought" not ordered, as I didn't have it made especially for me. Either way I dig it man.

It arrived today and it's truly a work of art! The size and shape are great for EDC, and the bevel is convexed to perfection. I'll put it through it's paces tomorrow at work and report back.
