Ordered my new EDC seb

After 6 years I bit the bullet and finally broke down. Just got off the phone with Jessie, ordered my dream knife. Plain Lg Seb 21, s35v, guess I'm gonna have to deal with the idaho made. I did get it RH, with double silver thumb lugs and silver accents. Plus had my initials engraved in it.
These next 3 months wait are going to kill me............

Nice! I just ordered a large and small snakewood 21, and the wait is 6 months!! I feel your pain :p

I do have to ask, "silver accents"...? Is this an option I missed or something?

by that I meant laynard and back spacer, had it all done silver, not blue. was just easier to type accents than all the rest.

trying to see how long I can avoid ordering a small......

Or instead of the small you could find a used sebbie on the exchange and use it like a beater while you wait :D
 
Thanks man, thanks a lot............ Trust the fact that my Lg will get used and used a ton. It wont ever be sold or traded, especially with my initials in it, so I dont reallyc are about wear and tear. Whats the point in having it if you dont use it.
 
Congrats!

How big is the engraving gonna be and where will it be positioned?

Also, is that the base price for engraving or is that what two letters costs?
 
Congrats!! I placed my first order with Jessie yesterday too. I ordered a Small Insingo micarta with dual silver thumb lugs and a Lignum Vitae Mnandi. I'd love to see the engraving too, please post pics.
 
It was 3 letter, CDH engraving. centered on the back of the scale . Jessie sent me a really cool font that she suggested, the letters are just outlined, almost look raised so I took her advice and went with it. Come mid december Ill post pics
 
I've been waiting for my custom about two months now but it'll definitely be worth it in the end :)
 
About halfway thru the wait.......its freakin killing me. Didnt realize 3 months was going to feel like its creeping by, have numerous times almost bought a small seb of the exchange just to have one to fill my pocket int he mean time.
 
I feel your pain, I ordered my small 21 a couple weeks back and it should be ready sometime in jan. The wait is really starting to kill me!! Thats got me thinking I might have to order the Umnum I planning on getting after my small 21. I think I'll go with some reputable dealer and get it over with already!
 
Got the famous Heather phone call today, new EDC knife will be here on Monday.....Just couldnt make it in time for Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
No kidding!!!!! I'd love to find something to complain about...ie the wait...but when they say 3 months they werent kidding, cant ask for more than an on time shipment. these next few days will be worse than the previous 3 months
