I am planning to organize a boycott of FEDEX. I ordered my KMG-10 January 16, 2005. Rob packet it up and shipped it out on 01/19/05. I HAVE NOT received it yet!

Rob has been great - FEDEX has been awful. I have`called everyone including the presidents office. They have promised to get it to me soon. It has been all over the country and ended up in a warehouse out of the box. Please fellow knifemakers use USPS, DHL or UPS.

This has been a real challange of patience and tolerance.

My KMG came yesterday-- a nice box in the snow infront of my garage, and the other in the MIDDLE of the driveway Evidently, the box was too heavy for the Fedex woman to do anything but plop it on the ground and leave it.....
That being said.........you'ld think for $1900, it would come with a power cord and plug
