Sent an email as instructed with order info.

Included best time to call me for CC info.

This was over the weekend. I've not heard anything yet.

Should I call or wait? Don't want to screw up the system.

Unrelated but they need black/gray G10 to go with the tanker gray blade.

Any chance I can send in an appropriately sized piece to be fitted?

Thanks

They won't use provided material, and I would wait a few more days to hear from them unless you just want to call. I've never ordered by email before though so I'm not exactly sure what you are talking about. Did you email the custom shop for something fancy or just a regular TGLB?

For me when I email it usually takes 2 business days for a reply back.

I agree with black/grey g10 scales. I need a tglb to match my vz grips on my 1911 :D

The office is really busy and can sometimes take a bit to get responses sent. You can always call and talk to one of the girls though. They would be glad to help you out.

It took a day or two for me to hear anything and I got an email from "lexi" I ordered mine March 4th and I was billed for the full amount the day before yesterday and got another email that day that said it would ship within 10 business days. I went with black micarta and tanker grey.

The problem I have now is where to get a decent sheath? I see a bunch of people talking about using the specops sheath but I don't know which one to order.

I plan on making my own sheath. Never made one before but it looks easy enough. Already got all the leather and assorted tools to make it. :)

I ordered mine February 20th and had the whole amount taken out ASAP I emailed lexi like a week ago and they were currently machining tan/black G10. Guess they wait till they have enough ordere for a particular color to do machining which makes sense. Be a waste of time to set up a cnc machine for 1 pair of scales in a different color. That's kinda how we do things on cnc machines at work.
