Ordering a knife from crk website question

I've seen videos of people ordering knives from their website with Damascus and inlays of their choice. I dont see that option on the order form. Just can get regular s35vn and micarta inlays no wood. How are others able to get something like spalted Beach for example as inlays when ordering direct? Do I have to call them? I'm wanting to order a special knife for my son when he's older.
 
Damascus is paused currently since they have a large backlog of orders for it. They have standard inlay offerings and it would be difficult/unlikely to have an "off menu" material installed. As always calling or emailing is the best way to get a fast answer.

I haven't looked at their web order recently but if wood options are missing it might mean they are changing the options up.
 
They are so far backordered (over a year) that they removed the option.
