ordering hinderer

So my friend who is a cop has agreed to buy a Hinderer XM-18 for me.

What is the process? Does he go through the Hinderer "contact us" form? What information does he need to provide?

Also, the XM-18 3.5 that he orders will be Gen3 or Gen4 (can he specify Gen4)?
Moreover, can the blade steel be specified as well ( CTS-XHP) or he will get whatever is available?

What a scumbag move, and it surprises me that you have the balls to post something as stupid as this publicly. It is folks like you and your pal that have ruined the program for others.
