Ordering my Busse

I have heard people complain about the difficulty of ordering a Busse Knife..but I must say, my experience was great..I just called the number and Lexi was friendly and helpful :)
I even called the next day to make a small change to the order with ease.. the customer service was excellent!! and now only 4 weeks from order date, my knife is now in transit!! :)
awesome customer service, best warranty , friendly, helpful..all that along with probably the best product in the knife world.. Great Job Busse!! and thank you

I would have to agree with you Busto, my wife saw the twinkle in my eye an confiscated the debit card........little does she know, I put her car up for sale (cash only) hehe I smell a rodent 9 in my future :)
 
Ordering was fine for me, I don't see any reason for someone to complain. I had reason to call Busse today and the service was great. They're doing an excellent job considering how many knife nerds must contact them every day wanting one thing or another.

When they recognize your voice without you having to announce who you are then you have made maybe 20-30 to many calls for orders....:eek::eek::D Not Complaining by the way just sayin' YMMV....;)
 
Got a TGLB, I kinda wish all the "walking dead" buzz wasn't all around this knife....but I love the 7-8" knives.....and its design had me very aroused:)

well all my knives now are black so I wanted to go lighter.. ended up going tanker grey and tan and black G10 grips. I sure liked the desert colored handle to though..

..... some of the more "unusual accepts" also help the situation.... ;)

Maybe its my DEEP DEEP DEEEEEP voice.....Hello Lexi.....Oh Hi Mike....you have a great voice for radio....what are saying I don't have a face for television???? DOH :D
 
I can picture the typical 20+ calls per week to busse customer..90lb nerd 1/2" thick glasses living at mom n dads, walking dead posters cover his walls ..
his list of things to do.
-run to circle k for funions an soda
-argue online about if deryl will die on next episode
-call busse ask Lexi about blade grinds
-play online games for 3 hours
-call busse ask Lexi about battle mistress's effectiveness on the living dead
-order pizza
-dress head to toe in tactical gear an stab a zombie cutout with your busse knife
-email Lexi drawings of anti zombie knife designs you drew
-go to bed
-repeat

I called today for the first time as well. Spoke w/ Lexi, friendly, knowledgeable, awesome. Told her how I couldnt take it anymore, been looking at the products hard for a couple of years and now need the details of ordering. She giggled and knocked all my questions out..Very painless.

So,...maybe a little premature..

Err, um...I'll get the hang of it by the time it gets here.
 
Lexi is great, just called last week and placed another order. Everyone I have talked to at Busse has always been so nice and helpful. Love their knives and the company.
