ordering question?

i ordered my first swamp rat knife two days aog on the 20th and havent recived any sort of conformation that the order has been recived or that my credit card has been billed ,do they send confroamtions or do you just wait the 6 weeks until you recive your knife can somone tell me the order in which your notified? thanks for all your tim eand responses
