ordering question

I ordered a knife earlier this week (betcha cant guess which one) and my account has been charged (i always pay up front so no the knif eis not already being shipped, i wish it was tho) but i have yet to receive an email confirming the transaction :( is this normal or what?

P.s Amy-o is suc a wonderful person to talk to, for those of you who lurk trust me your missing out on a superb ordering process that leads to an even better knife.

you know youd think that id have done this enough to know what was gonna happen when i ordered :D seriously i have their number and the company store number saved as contacts on my cell phone.
