Well, it looks like Im not going to be taking any orders for the foreseeable future. With working on the house and having four kids in sports I don't have any free time. I am helping coach baseball for my three sons so that takes up alot of my time. I still will be making a few knives for April as I owe Just1, Stumpbuster, Essublime, and L4n4 knives. Sorry, but I just won't be able to fill any additional ones for awhile. Oh, and I still have the tin knives to finish up.

You definitely need to put your family first. We only have one kid, and the older he gets, the busier we get.

Chris, sent you a p/m, family first buddy. I am sure all of us can keep ourselves busy with the knives we have now in our possession from you & BA.
Just make sure we see your son on a baseball card someday . . . . . ;)
Be safe.

Thanks guys! Its hard to split the time and honestly I was putting more into the knives than the family. I needed to rethink my priorities before there weren't any choices!

. . . . this is a young man who is much wiser than his years . . . . :)

Excellent Decision My Friend!!! If waiting a few months for a knife (or two) means YOU can spend time you'll never get back with your wife and children....I'd GLADLY wait!!!

JUST1MOR, I completely agree!!! Chris is definately a wise man, but also a great husband and excellent father for coming to the decision to balance his priorities with family taking precedence!!! It's even more impresssive that he's doing it when he's probably one of the most talented rising makers on this forum!!! GOOD ON HIM!!!

Chris, enjoy the family every chance you get and you already know I'd wait as long as it takes for you to get anything done for me as long as it doesn't cut into that precious family time!!!

All the Best to You and Yours,

Stump

My wallet thanks you for your wise decision, but I do look forward to some camp knives coming out of the shop down the road.

It's too bad more dads don't take the time to raise there kids right, good for you Chris.
