Oregon laws

Hey ya'll,
I was wondering what the oregon laws are for blade length? I've heard 4 1/2 inches, i've heard 4" and i've heard that if the blade doesn't fit within the width of your palm its illegal. Anyone know the real length?

also I was wondering about butterfly knives, are they legal to carry?

Welcome to the forums. I have been looking like crazy, but cant seen to find any reference to length in the Oregon statutes. Maybe another Oregonian forum member can help out?
