I really prefer the japanese ones, but also like some of the chinese ones (the daos), and I also like the tai chi ones and wushu butterfly.
I also want to let you a site that I found, and I think its the cheapest online, the site are a little confuse, but the prices are good (for online stuff), I even bought a Musashi Daito there, and it was 100 %, some friends purchase with them and everytime all was ok, the site is:

In this site the Chen tai chi with black handle is $ 65,95, and the golden oriole is $ 399,0. I think is one of the cheapest in the net, if someone knows any cheaper,please tell me (if it is secure and cheaper that this above). I know this swords are not first class, but they are made with high carbon steel or damascus steel, so they are OK and not only the stainless steel junk.
I´m from Brazil, and here or we get the first class sword (orientals very expensive ones), or the internet alternatives,only to trainning. The trouble is that here it reaches much more expensive than it reaches to you, by the custom taxes (we pay more 60 % in the price of the product, besides the costs of the ship), so if you know anything good, please tell me...
Also see (like you like the daos) the link below and tell what you find (its a Chinese Niu Wei Dao), that you could already had seen it (its in the sword forum magazine), but I think its very cool;
