I've been a fan of the mini commander... it's pretty big for a mini
If it's an 06 then it's safe to say thay it does have Ti liners. IIRC it was not untill late 07 the SS liner was used, and that was only on a couple of models as well.
This is a subject of some debate and I don't think I have ever seen a solid answer as to when the change was actually made in full and on what knives the change started with.

Thanks for that I appreciate your input! I did notice that the locking liner seems to be a bit thinner
on the Commander as compared to my Horseman and CQC-7 which seem to sport a bit thicker liner.
