Does anyone know the specs for the 4 short Allen screws that hold the accessory tools within each half of the handle? My tool has the odd shaped awl/utility blade instead of the file. I lost a screw and need a replacement. Haven't gotten a response from Gerber, so far. I appreciate any help.

You could always take it with you to your local hardware store and find a screw that fits.

Thanks for responding. I have been to 2 hardware stores, 1 hobby shop, 1 jewelry repair store and visited a friends machine shop. No luck. Still waiting for Gerber to respond.

That sucks.
Hopefully they have one or somebody knows what it is and Mcmaster-Carr has what you need.

The True Value hardware stores in my area have lots of screws (set screws, allen screws, socket cap head screws, etc.) in little cardboard drawers in the back of the store. Some of their displays have a fixture on top with multiple bolts/nuts one after the other listed by the sizes. Both metric and inches. You can use that fixture to test your part and find a match. If you can get another one out of the tool, you can try matching one up in that aisle.

Well, after a bit of a treasure hunt, rather than a puzzle, I found that these are 1/4" 4-40 buttonhead Allen screws. I found someone with the tools to measure then placed an order online. Just in case anyone was interested or just likes to know the answer. Thanks to those who responded.
