I am currious. I've been looking around for an origianl, micarta handled Wayne Goddard model SC16. I am looking for a full plain edge but don't know if it was even offered in that. I note that the model code for the ones that I've seen is SC-16PS. Is there an SC-16PE or just P. I've seen them in all Spyderedge but havnt't seen the all plain model except in a lightweight.
Any info would help.

The original Goddard had a micarta handle. As I remember, it was offered in a plainedge.

I was at the Oregon Knife Collectors December Show this last Saturday and I believe Wayne had a couple of the Spyderco/Goddards with micarta handles on his table. You can contact him at the link below. Unfortunately I can't remember what style edge, how much they cost, or whether they were the full size or Jr. models.

The plain edge Goddard was only in the jr. it was only sold by Mrs. Phyillis Goddard (Wayne's wife), 500 pieces were only made. some seconds came out because of the flaws and have a id mark that indicate this fact.

I hope this helps
