Original Leather man PST

I found it about a year ago in in old tool box at a 2nd hand market, It was made between 1983-1995.It has some rust and some of the tools have minor damage. I want to know if there is a place i can send it to get it fixed up. I contacted Leather-man about it but because I didn't originally purchase it its not covered under warranty

Any Ideas on where I can send it?
 
I'll bet one of the modders/sharpeners here could do it (members who's names are in orange font).

Even if it's not under warranty, will they not work on it for a fee?
