Wondering if anyone can tell me about the history of the Busse Leprechaun Edition blades? I have a Fat ASH-1 and a Game Warden that I'm interested in learning more about. Thank you in advance for anyone that can help.

Couldn't see them but they sound nice enough. "Does Hellen Keller imitation toward computer screen"
The first time I saw "Leprechaun" semi-officially associated with Busse knives was when the Game Wardens came out. They were released one handle/blade combo at a time through the Busse Company Store (an associated but independently owned operation that quit doing business a few years ago), and each combo was given (or picked up) an name when it came out at the Company Store. For instance, .220 satin with black and blue G10 was dubbed the "Bruiser Warden," .140 satin with black G10 was the "Black Tie Warden," and .195 OD green with green linen was the "Leprechaun Warden." Maybe those names for particular combinations predated the GWs, but my impression was that they were assigned sort of on the fly by a consensus of BF members when the GWs came out, and some of the names stuck with particular combos or handle materials--e.g, "bruiser" for black and blue G10, "bloody" for black and red G10, and I guess "Leprechaun" for green and green linen.
So, for instance, when I bought a green and green linen FBM, it wasn't sold as a "Leprechaun Edition," it was just one of many possible combos you could order from the Busse website.
