Original username blocked and need help reactivating

Hello there,
My original username on the forums was Windir25. A couple weeks ago I put a few knives up for sale. Seems like my account got hacked and someone ended up using my account to post fake items for sale. As soon as I learned of this, because I was getting messages unrelated to my post, I went in and changed my password, marked the fake post as a hack and requested help on what to do. Shortly after my entire account was locked and banned and I can no longer log in with that username. I had a history of positive feedback and long standing on the forums under that name and would really like some information on how to reactivate that account, or at least transfer my feedback to this new one. Is there anyway you can help me with this? The hacking was not purposeful on my end and I did everything I thought right to remedy it as soon as I found out. I also sent multiple emails to the contact us link through the forums but did not get any response back, so I made a second account to reach out. Thank you for any help you can give me.
 
Find your PP receipt and reply to it, please.

Im sorry I dont think Im understanding your directives. I went back to the paypal receipt and emailed the email on there but have not gotten a response. There is no other option to reply on there. Please help.

I am trying this again. My original account was hacked and for that reason I was banned. Not sure why I would be banned for a hacking? All my feedback was on that account. Is there any way to either reinstate or at least transfer over my feedback to this new one?
