Guys i already sent an inquiry to worksharp themselves to try to help me basically when i turn on my worksharp it literally burns while working not even 20 seconds i made a video about it actually to show what happens!

Anyone knows why this happens?
Motor near end of its life span or?

i just wanted to ask if anyone knows, i opened the tool cleaned it from dust put it back how it was originally was and still this happens,so if anyone has ideas let me know.
Thank you all in advance!

Kind Regards.

It's usually brushes and an easy fix. On some cheap tools they don't want you to replace brushes it seems. Throw away tools.

Yeah i spoke in the meantime with some people and they agreed that brushes are probably the issue,i will give it to a friend of mine cause this thing uses a small Johnson DF651(2)lg 230v 50hz motor to run when i took it apart i realized that it's a small electromotor...

I will have it examined by a friend, and then if he can't do it I'll ask a professional, already spoke to one man he claims that's a bit tricky since the unit has a specific mount to the machine so they need to be careful not to brake the mount.
