The first time I ever heard of Strider Knvies was in a magazine article in tac knives by Steven Dick. So tonight I started wondering how it is you guys got into knives? Did you carry Randalls int he field and decide you could do better, or were you two (Mick and Duane) born full grown with an M4 in one hand, ATS-34 barstock in the other an a Becker patrol pack on your back full of beer? :)

lol good call Crayola

the latest "tactial" american handgunner annual has an excellent story on striders-and the $10 price is woth it for the pictures alone, not to mention the article itself s chock full of info. Pick up that mag and it will answer many of your questions, i'd bet.
cheers,
Derek

got it at books a million.
nice pics of you, KB by the way.
very much the "Defender of Freedom" pose.
cheers,
Derek

More like the defender of Las Vegas, but that's a sore point. ANy other ideas? We don't have a Books a Million.

KB If I see one in Vegas I will buy it. After I drool all over it you got first dibs. I planned on hitting the bookstores tomorrow, so if I find it will let ya know.

Thanks dewnslen, I'll check out the book store tomorrow to see if I can find it.

I picked up the issue a couple of days ago and I've been showing my friends what Strider knives are! The pics insode are all great, and you get to see quite a few models. Ryan looks pretty cool infront of a chopper with a strider :) I'm sure the Taliban will agree too
