Here's are two orders I recently finished up. Both are 1095 with guthooks and Osage Orange for handles. The sheath with the leaf is the first time I've ever tried any carving. The leatherwork represents some definite challenges all of its own! Not shown are the photos of the other sides of the knives, which had the clients' names on them.
steel - 1095, 3/16" thick
blade - 4 1/2" cutting edge, 8 1/2" OAL
handle - Osage Orange
pins/bolsters - stainless steel
