This is my first high grind knife (I'm about four months into knife making). The scales are, as indicated, Osage Orange with brass pins and lanyard tube. The OAL is 8.5" with a 4.25" blade.
The steel is from an old plow shear (from our farm). This is my first time working with Osage Orange and I like the way it works and looks.

OK, now I like that! Very practical, nice lines. Osage orange is a very nice material for handles.

Looks like a good using knife, and very similar in style to what I edc, if a bit larger. Good job!
