Took Oscar to the dog park for the first time today. He's 12 weeks as of Friday. He's a really laid back little guy. We haven't had any trouble as of yet with chewing or with bolting when outside. He's pretty smart and getting the housebreaking quickly. Still a few accidents tho. He is a lot thicker than Boudreaux was at this age. We're pretty stoked.:thumbup:

Good looking pup, his coat and muscle tone are looking great. What brand of food are you feeding him?
 
Awesome pictures! However I totally thought this was going to be your predictions for the Academy Awards.
 
We feed Instinct food and a raw chicken product also by instinct. He is a reverse brindle Boxer. Woot!
 
Great lookin dog! Duke, my boxer is getting up there in age, hes 10 this year. I can remember when he was that small. God, he was a hyper one in his youth. He hasnt gotten much better with age lol.
 
Awesome dog!! Both my older girls think he's supper cute! There's no chance we can get that breed here. They'll have to live vicariously through your kids!

Oscar Roy......does he by chance have a middle initial in the true southern tradition ?

Dogs and Fiddlebacks just go together. That is what J-Dog tells me anyway.

I am happy for you Andy. After a hard 2014 with losing your friend Geoff and your dog Bordreaux, you were due for a big dose of joy. It looks like Oscar has provided that joy in spades. He is a handsome little guy.

We got a lab puppy and the vet said don't take them to the dog parks until they've had all their shots. You might double check with your vet but I was told dog parks can get a puppy really sick. Good looking dog you've got and they bring so much happiness!
 
It's been said that dogs and their owners start looking alike after a year or two.........looks like you two got a jump on that Andy!
