I know, they suck. I placed an order with them on the recomendation of the nice chatty fellow from Razor Sharp Edgemaking Systems. I remember thinking to myself, "Why does Oso Grande sound so familiar?" I placed the order and THEN checked Bladeforums(duh). The guy at Razor Sharp is out of the office until friday, so I can't get ahold of him yet.

I have two questions:

1.) Does anyone have a valid means of contacting Oso Grande? Phone is NEVER answered, emails all bounce back.

2.) Where is a good source to get the paper wheels, and does Richardj sell the 10" wheels?

Sometimes it feels that no matter how many times I foul things up, I have to learn the next lesson the hard way.

I placed the order on 8/24, so I wasn't really expecting to have the wheels on my doorstep by now, but the complete lack of communication is enough to make me want to cancel my order, if only I could do so.

I bought my wheels at my local Woodcraft store.

My local woodcraft is an hour away, but the clerk there said they may be able to order them. They only stock the 8" wheels.
