OT: After 23 years......the rest of the story

Well, I am now employed by the Mesa Police Dept and will begin all the training next week. After 5 months of applications, interviews and polygraphs, I'm happy to be accepted there. I have lots of briefings for a few weeks and then the actual class starts on Aug. 22. I will be primarily working in the Victims Assistance Program which should prove to be very interesting. I'm also going to work in the clerical stuff filing reports and organizing documents for court cases. This is a welcome change of pace and I'm thrilled. Thanks for all your good vibes. They work really well!!

So now you know the rest of the story. :) :D

So my advice worked! :D Good news indeed. Congrats on successfully wowing them Gin! (I was gonna say "BS'ing" them, but I'm sure wowing them is more accurate! (-;)
