KASSEL, Germany (AP) - A computer expert who killed, dismembered, and ate another man was convicted Friday of manslaughter and sentenced to 8 1/2 years in prison after a court rejected a murder charge because the victim had asked to be eaten.

Germans are famous for eating almost anything if they have enough mustard...

Strange case.
actually they wanted to eat the "victim`s" penis together - but the poor guy fainted of blood loss and died later. So the other one had to eat it alone. :barf: and as he had the oppotunity filled his refrigerator with the rest of the other guy. The case was not so easy as cannibalism is not mentioned in German lawbooks - and they were two consenting adults....

Germans are famous for eating almost anything if they have enough mustard...

... and Americans are famous for eating anything if they have enough ketchup... :D

What exactly was the reason for the request? Psychotic or not, there was a reason. United over one love, one good meal?

Sorry munk, I do not know.
They got to know each othe via internet. The "victim" offered himself to be eaten and searched for someone who would do it and cook his genital...

damn cook added mustard to my goulash soup
... that`s hard :barf:

Re: Ketchup

Good call Pan, ketchup and Tabasco sauce have prevented many a newlywed American man from starving to death while his lovely bride struggled with the finer points of the culinary arts. Both are also pretty much staples in Army field kitchens, 'nuff said on that (don't want Sgt. Smith, our mess sergeant over in Afghanistan, coming after me, that woman's meaner than a cross eyed rattlesnake with a migraine, just teasing Sgt. Smith, honest, we all know your T-rats are da bomb).

Wonder what them two nut jobs thought that thing was going to taste like, "Fruit of the Loom Wurst"? Have to agree with the judge not charging the one fellow with murder, that other dude was bound to self destruct one way or the other.

I believe someone watched Silence of the Lambs - 'Hannibal'
just a few too many times... :barf:

I disagree, Silver. It doesn't matter how many volunteers I might find, I'm not allowed to shoot people. He should get life. He's too dangerous to be out. "I was only doing what the guy asked, Your Honor". If he can't reality check enough to know cutting someone's dick off and eating it with them will result in death I don't want him serving slurpees at the Convenience store.

Warren...that's your best line so far! Now *you* owe me a keyboard!

Pan Tau...
<serious mode on>I lived in Germany for several years and always found them to be bright, creative, hard working and honest people. I would move back there on a month's notice if I was offered the chance. No offense was intended, I hope none was taken.<serious mode off>

I even have some German mustard in the fridge! :)

You've got a very good point Munk. Then again, OJ Simpson walked out of court a free man, and I wouldn't necessarily want to see him working down at the local butcher shop. I've no idea what "general population" is like in German prisons, but I'm pretty sure Herr Oscar Meyer wouldn't last a full 8 1/2 years over here.

Warren, that's just wrong bro, you're going to have Nasty wearing a lobster bib if you keep it up.

No, he could work in the Butcher shop, I just wouldn't allow OJ to date my sister.

:D :D :D :p

It's the avitar man...it's the avitar!!!
he told me to do it...;)

Think it's time to change it?

So being found "not guilty" of something ain't the same as being found innocent. Let's take Warren here as an example. He's copping an insanity plea claiming that perverted blinking infant of an avatar made him do it. Warren, you might create enough reasonable doubt for us to let you off the hook, but innocent? Bwaaa
