I found this and decided that one other place followed this belief..

I'm too unhappy to have an opinion on that, but did note the little paragraph at the bottom of the page- "Bush Administration's opposition to clean needles may cost millions of lives." Apparently, without a free govt source of needles, millions will perish. Millions. Honest. I think maybe they just ought to snort it.

Sounds like a nice side trip to Nepal.

Nepal is the only country left in the world that is officially Hindu.

Bhutan is the only country left in the world that is officially Buddhist.

They are separated by Sikim, a part of India that extends past them to the other side of the Himalayas, to be surrounded on 3 sides by Communist China. Tibet used to be to the west of Sikim, but has been incorporated into part of Red China, and the Tibetan peoples sent off to other parts to be assimilated.
