I feel I can say this here as I will either get teased (always helps by putting a smile on my face) or I will get good advice:

In the last month I have bought a new house, moved, decorated (still busy), launched a new project (in Cornwall for a week at moment with launch), averaged 5 hours sleep a night, made a few really good mates (who are constantly keeping me busy - as if I need to be) and the list goes on.

On top of all that I have been diagnosed with Labyrthitis which causes severe vertigo !!!

I am tired but I am the happier now than I have ever been. I have not managed to but any khuk's this year but that will soon change.

The scary thing is that it's not going to stop anytime soon - I have more work travel coming up and more decorating, my fiance has plans to do some travelling and then there's all those unexpected family visits to Dublin, South Africa and throughout the UK plus the family which are going to visit me - catch me before I fall !!

:rolleyes:

Brendon,

My research on Labyrinthitis states you need to GET SOME REST!!! Hopefully yours will go away quickly in the 1 week time frame as oppossed to the 3 week time frame.

We'll pray for your quick recovery.

Severe Vertigo?

Some people pay a lot of good money for substances to get what you got for free. ;)

Otherwise you probably just need to get some regular sleep hours. Tonight I'll sleep an extra hour or two just for you.

Is sleep transferrable? :confused:

Why am I not surprized, Aardie?

You've been here to long - now you're acting like the rest of us.

Bruise & mini-Bruise!

You guys crack me up.

Brendan,
Enjoy all of the spare time you have now. It goes away when you have kids!

Rest now and you will do the rest twice as good in half the time later. Or then again, you could just burn out.

Your body will make you slow down whether you want it or not. You can do it the easy way or the hard way.:eek:

GO TO SLEEEEEEPPPPP..... YOU ARE GETTINGG SSSSLLLLLEEEEEPPPPYYYYY....

:yawn: :yawn: :yawn:

Two Dogs you'd better take it easy or there won't ever be Three Dogs!!!!:rolleyes: :p ;)

interesting. I think my wife might've had that twice. it was so sever she could not walk or drive, and felt motion sick all of the time. Nasty suff in the inner ear. She is prone to inner ear infrctions,,,wonder if they;re related?

KEith

Don't worry. I get severe vertigo every time I drink more than 10 bottles of Heineken -- which is almost every night.

"...happier now than I have ever been."

Glad to hear that.:)
Enjoy all the newness.

When you momentarily find yourself thinking;
"To rest or not to rest? That is the question."
I hope you'll remember what was said here;

"Bruise is my idol.":D
Just kidding...

And, GO TO BED!!!

Shirley
p.s.
A little later on when you get some spare time and even if you don't. You might want to take note of the validity of Ferg's post. Truth of that one'll take you by surprise every time.
