The joke around here is, If you had your choice to have your home destroyed by fire or water, which should you choose?
Ans: Fire, because there's nothing left to clean up.

BTW, the BAS makes an excellent wallboard knife. We have to remove most of our walls due to flooding/mold, and I can say that a couple quick chops breaks the wallboard, and the spine is thick enough to make a great prybar. Worked all day and when I cleaned & oiled the knife that night, it would still cut a sheet of newsprint.
