I do too cause it usually means the ground is frozen. If the ground is not frozen here in the winter that means mega mud!

That guy that won the 315 million the other day....from WV right? Anywhere nearby? :D :p
 
I didn't see it. Last year? The multi million Powerball winner from WV Jack Whittaker lives in Hurricane, about 10 min from here.

A friend and great musician Doug Van Gundy won 900,000 on Who Wants to be a millionare a few years ago.

Only thing I have ever won was a 79 VW Rabbit when I was 19 in a drawing at Sears.
