Going to be off the net for a while pretty soon spending time with my family and meeting a ship with some of our trucks on it at a port in northeast Florida, be gone about three weeks. (two weeks leave, one week at the port sorting things out)
Really looking forward to it, talked to my daughter last night, she's already at my mom's house waiting. She said she saw an old portrait my mother recently came into possession of, and it was spooky how much the guy in the picture looked like me. She said my mom told her, "no honey, that picture's more than 100 years old, it's your great, great, grandfather". Think I ain't going to get a photo studio to make me a copy? Think again.
If I get a chance to swing by the library while home, I'll log in and say howdy (mom and dad never joined the computer age). Barring that, y'all don't worry if you don't hear from me for a while. Health, luck, and all my best to all of you.
