Sure as hell more than I ever knew about puukkos!!!! I'm also one of the ones that thought that all puukkos were sharpened with a single edged bevel. so Ph' me running!!!!:rolleyes: :D ;)

Been a while since anyone's heard that sayin, even if it ain't spelt right, I bet hunh?;)

Please correct me if I'm wrong! HI JKM resembles puukko very much while Kumar Karda resembles Leuku. HI JKM was purposely design after a puukko by a forumite who already passed away (so sorry because I couldn't remember his name .. pls remind me of his name!).
 
It was the JKM-1 that really got my gears spinning on collectling/making more knives of that ilk. The JKM-1 is one of those knives that just doesn't need to be gussied up to make it shine in the useful sense. the simplistic form of that knife style really calls to me.
