OT: Has anyone here had an issue with your PayPal account?

On Sunday, I was trying to do some business with Bonafide, and PayPal kept defaulting me to their PayPal Credit account rather than the accounts that I have set up. When I tried to select the correct account, the select box would close with PayPal Credit still selected.

When I called PayPal, they said that they had never heard of anyone having an issue like that.

Has anyone here had a similar experience?

I had a different PayPal problem on Saturday. I made payment immediately for a sheath and then 2 days later Bonafide contacted me asking if I still wanted it since I hadn't made payment. I went and checked the transaction record and there was nothing there, so I made payment again. PayPal does register the payment this time. Very weird! Bonafide said that if someday the other transaction goes through that he'll refund it.

A side note. PayPal updated their app the next day. I Don't know if they were having some glitchy issues, but hopefully it's all resolved now.
 
Check and make sure that you don't have paypal credit as your preferred payment choice. Sometimes it saves as your default and pops up automatically instead of regular PayPal.
 
I haven't had that problem, but I have been locked out of my account twice in two months. They claim it's random. Hard to order supplies when all your money from clients is locked up. :(
