OT: How hard could it be?

I wonder what the local authorities said when he put it there? Also, what happens in storms....where would he end up?

Finally, did he have to pay a royalty to Kevin Costner? <"Waterworld" reference>

It sort of reminds me of a kid camping out in a backyard. All the luxuries of home with a great view. It looks like he is close to shore if a bad storm comes in, and his cost to replace can't be that bad.

All in all, he may be having more fun than I am right now livin' in the suburbs. I bet the beach scenery is wonderful too! :D

I lived outdoors for a few years in my twenties. From a tepee to a tent and sometimes a shelter. I miss those days. I realized when I had kids that I wanted them to be close to nature and understand the way of the ancients.
I also realized that I couldn't isolate them from society, as I did myself.
Debt and worry free until marriage and kiddies. But I wouldn't trade for anything. :)

There's no women. In order for an island to qualify as a Tropical Paradise there has to be a woman there. It's in The Rules.

Yes to the women.

How many floating islands do you think the earth could contain? Do all 280 mil Americans get to have one?

uh..and his poop...floating into the lagoon...

There are plans for floating cities in the oceans, but most of us will have to be content to float through time and space.

Waterworld ref? heeeheeh.

I can't let me wife see this, or Ill hafta make her one. She's a 'water baby.' She liked pools and lake swimming when I met her, but since meeting me she's been to to ocean (Bahamas, Hawaii)...now she feels painfully landlocked...
