Why that's simple!
They stare at their men staring at women who have larger boobs than their own. Their heart rate goes up, their blood pressure goes up, their breathing is enhanced and their ten minute stare becomes the same as a 30 minute aerobic workout just like the man gets from staring at the women with the big boobs.
