Don't forget all those "antique samurai swrods" being sold on eBay by Chinese vendors. Lot's of Ming arrowheads giving it up for commerce and good international relations.

The grip does look like some kindjals' from the Caucasus, but I'm fairly certain it's a khanjar/jambiya from neighboring Kurdistan -- they have a fairly recognizable appearance. :cool:
 
Second one just looks like the run of the mill North African dagger to me. Khanjar? Well not an Indian Khanjar. Precusor to a Jambaya maybe, which are sometimes called Khanjar also ie. in Yemen.
