OT: Mahabharata forum

Thanks Beo,

I have been reading the part called "Bima Swarga" fascinating stuff. thanks for the tip on the other forum. See you there.

When I was living in Nepal I used to watch a local TV program which aired a TV version of the Mahabharata once a week as I recall. It was a little hokey but told the basic stories. There might be a video set available. I've never searched for it, though.

Yes, I've actually been watching bits of it recently. It's quite of mix, some well-done parts, some strangely-done part, and some, as you say, rather hokey.

The real plus, I thought, was getting the basic stories without straining your eyes on the small print.
