Good to hear you're gettin settled Gin. As to the lawnmower and such you need to get a hold of our daughter who does that for a living in the Greater Phoenix Area.
That way your whole yard can be taken care of and you won't need no dayumed lawnmower, or any other yard and lawn equipment.

Been there, done that. The first time I tried it, the locals laughed me off the field. After a few days, though, I got the hang of it, built up some calluses and did some serious grass mowing...whew!
