Hi y'all. I only lurk in this forum, but you guys are really nice, and inspire me to get an HI blade.

I actually own "The Princess Blade", and really enjoy this movie. I am really into asian cult cinema, so to be honest with you, it is a good movie, but kinda low-budget. I like low-budget, as that is how I live, and if your into knives and like sword movies with hot girls swinging katanas, and dark landscape, you'll love it too!

I don't wanna spoil it, but the action isn't anything SPECTACULAR, more just a tool to fuel the story line. It isn't an action movie IMO. Definitely worth checking out, though. Enjoy!

A fun classic for the whole family.
Great swashbuckling.
I still watch it at least once a year;
with or without my daughter.

I dig old Hong Kong Jon Wu, like Hard Boiled. Also Kurosawa's Shogun Assassin. anybody whose seen this will understand the motivation behind Tarantino making the "Kill Bill" series.
