OT: prayers, please

Since this forum has a pretty fine record where prayers and positive thoughts are concerned, may I please ask you to send up smoke for one of the good guys?

A few days ago my friend Tim was in a horrendous motorcycle smash, and the medics reckon he's not going to make it.

Tim is a Royal Navy Harrier pilot, though lately he's been flying a desk more than a plane, much to his disgust; he's a crack shot with iron sights at 1,000 yards; he's the sort of guy you're always glad to see, no matter what. Every day he makes the world a better place.

Please spare a good thought for a great guy.
