OT questions - (re-enacting my youth)

Upon hearing the bad news, I wanted to "replace" the 2 OT's that prettymuch, along with a SAK, were the centerpoints to my redneck youth.

Unfortunately, I can't find them. Can anyone help?

One is a 98OT three-blade slipjoint in stainless. I bought the UH version
yesterday, but would still like to find the OT. Is it still out there?

The other is a drop-point sharpfinger, don't remember the number. All I can find online are the upswept sharpfingers and a few drop-points w/ guthooks.
I'm looking for a drop-point w/out guthook.

Thanks!!

Prices may vary a tad since this ad appeared in the Schrade line up in 1982. But it will show what you are looking for, trust in Ebay it shall provide . All things great and small, shall pass through its portals. ( From the book of ebay per the spirit of Schrade. ) They made quite a few I believe you will find your knife. The 98 should even be easier. Someone here might even be able to direct you. Good hunting I hope I did not get to spiritual in this answer. I drove by Schrade today there is a sign which hangs at the entrance PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN emblazoned across a likeness of an american flag. I wanted to steal it, to save it, kind of like picking up a fallen standard in the field. I didn't, there was a time I would have, just getting to old or to conventional. I wonder what sign hangs outside of the Honda plant. How about a rising sun and the words another round eye bites dust. Did I offend any one sorry, I realize it is not the fault of those who take advantage of opportunity but rather people just like me who allowed this to happen. LT ( AYE tear her tattered ensign down long has it waved on high and many an eye has danced to see that banner in the sky). (from the poem the Constitution). Sorry again for screwing up your rather direct question with worthless blather.

Two of my favorite knives. They also are available in 'scrimshaw', and LT is correct, Ebay is the place to go.

My third post here in the past five minutes, I know you're sick of me by now.

But had to tell you guys about two good guys here. Larry (lrv) knew I had a hankering to get my hands on those new Schrade XTBs, and when he saw the big folding version (XT7B) on ebay in the closing moments, he went ahead and bid and bought it for me. Had the seller send it direct to me. What a guy.

And Bingo (Jerry), seeing my posted desire here to own one of the really big models, emailed me directly to point me in the right direction. It's on order, and I thank you, Jerry.

About the XT7B (folder)... It looks just like it's fixed blade brother, the XT2B (which i 'reviewed' and posted photos of just recently), with a blade perhaps 1/8" shorter. Probably just a production thing, could possibly find one with a blade a bit longer. Same stout syling and a brutish look. VEry nice 'grippy' handles. Has a thumb stud (can be used by righties and lefties both- nice touch) and a liner lock that I just sorta trust by the looks of it. And just like the 2B, when I flip it over in my hand, it is just naturally 'there' for unzipping a deer. Has a hole for a lanyard, which I consider an absolute necessity on a hunting knife. All and all, a good knife.

Thanks again guys.

Phil,
I really appreciate your note of thanks. Glad to help!
I totally agree, you will eventually find it on ebay!!
I'm repeating a question I just sent to Larry: How do you clean the white stuff off the delrin handles and keep them clean?
Thank you kindly, Jerry
PS: I just love to see my name in print. (chuckle)
